MT5 Manager: scope and deployment

Understand the component, its dependencies and the checks to agree before production.

Design the broker operations workspace

MT5 Manager is used in broker-side operational workflows such as account oversight, reporting and dealing activity. Define the tasks each team needs to perform before assigning access. A manager role for support, finance or dealing may need different permissions, views and approval steps.

Connect accounts and reporting

Account identifiers and reporting fields should match the systems used by the CRM, client portal and finance team. Where an API integration is in scope, confirm the authorised interface, data fields and error-handling behaviour. An integration should produce a traceable result rather than rely on repeated manual updates across unrelated systems.

Check controls in realistic workflows

Validate representative account queries, exports and permitted account actions. Include both successful operations and rejected actions, so permissions are tested as well as features. Define how staff report an inconsistency, where the authoritative record is held and which actions require approval before they affect a live account.

Information needed for a project brief

  • Operational roles
  • Required account actions and reports
  • CRM and finance interfaces
  • Approval and audit requirements
  • Expected staff access

What determines the quotation?

The quotation depends on access provisioning, reporting needs, integration work and staff handover. Custom dashboards or automation should be distinguished from the platform functions already available.

Request a written scope with deliverables, exclusions, acceptance checks, one-time costs and recurring charges. Deployment dates and service levels are confirmed for the agreed project.
