Frequently Asked Questions

What is an MT5 White Label?

A deployment model that provides a broker with branded access to the MT5 ecosystem and related operational infrastructure.

Can liquidity be integrated?

Yes. The architecture is designed to support bridge and liquidity-provider connectivity where commercially and technically available.

MT5 White Label: scope and deployment

Understand the component, its dependencies and the checks to agree before production.

Plan the complete broker deployment

An MT5 project involves more than a branded trading terminal. Start with the operating model, account structure, instruments, client access and responsibilities for running the environment. The scope should identify the platform owner, the authorised licensing arrangement and the components that will be managed by each party. A technology deployment does not itself establish a regulated brokerage or approve a business for any jurisdiction.

Connect trading and client operations

Define how trading accounts connect to the broker CRM, client portal, verification workflow and approved payment providers. For bridge and liquidity connections, agree symbol definitions, execution settings, credentials and counterparties before testing. Desktop, web and mobile access should be assessed separately: inclusion in the project depends on the licensed package and the agreed integration scope.

Validate before opening the environment

Use a controlled test environment to verify account creation, login, quotes, order handling, reporting and staff permissions. Include disconnect scenarios and account reconciliation in acceptance checks. Agree monitoring, backup ownership, recovery objectives and support escalation before production handover. Availability, launch dates and commercial terms should be confirmed in a written project proposal, rather than assumed from a platform diagram.

Information needed for a project brief

  • Business model and target jurisdictions
  • Authorised platform and licensing arrangement
  • Required instruments and account groups
  • Expected account and traffic volumes
  • CRM, payment and liquidity counterparties
  • Support, backup and recovery requirements

What determines the quotation?

Platform access, infrastructure sizing, client interfaces, integrations, migration and support coverage determine the quotation. Ask for the separation between initial configuration, recurring hosting, third-party fees and optional development.

Request a written scope with deliverables, exclusions, acceptance checks, one-time costs and recurring charges. Deployment dates and service levels are confirmed for the agreed project.
