Technology risk information
Infrastructure and connectivity
A trading environment depends on software, hardware, network paths and external services. Interruptions, disconnected sessions or unexpected configuration changes can affect access and operation. Define monitoring, escalation, backup and recovery responsibilities before production handover.
Execution and data quality
Quotes may be delayed, stale or unavailable, and an order request may be rejected or interrupted. Integration testing should include exceptional conditions and reconciliation, not only successful requests. A measured network latency does not guarantee execution quality or a future result under different conditions.
Provider and operating responsibilities
Platform access, liquidity connections, verification and payment services depend on the relevant agreements and providers. Technology deployment does not establish regulatory permission, remove business risk or promise financial performance. The responsible parties should confirm their operating requirements and permissions before launch.
Review the actual project
Agree acceptance scenarios, maintenance procedures, recovery objectives and operational ownership for the delivered environment. For details of configurable visibility and controls, review risk management technology and the infrastructure architecture.
